Sudoku

Rearrange each group of letters to give a word.  The words can be arranged in three pairs.  What are they?     AHMS    ESTW    ABEEIRRRSSTW    DGILMNPSU    ABEGNRS    ACEMR

The answer to last Sunday’s brain teaser was: A mango. The centre letter of the country’s name matched the initial of the fruit.
