This week, the Après team have kindly shared another of their delicious recipes with us… chocolate and avocado mousse!
Everyone loves avocados, right? And, who doesn’t enjoy chocolate? The team love both so much that they’ve smashed them together in this simple-to-make and incredibly delicious mousse!
- One ripe avocado
- 2 tbsps unsweetened raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsps coconut blossom or honey
- Cold water
Method for making chocolate and avocado mousse:
- Scoop out your avocado
- Blend everything else together
- Blend in the avocado
- Add ripe pears, cherries, or berries. Simple!
