About the event
We are delighted to share a recording of our recent Chair Yoga class, led by Margarita Anderson.
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.
With the support of a chair, the benefits of yoga become accessible, regardless of age, flexibility level, injuries, or mobility issues.*
What will you need? And who this session is for?
- A straight-backed, armless chair with no stability issues,
- An exercise strap or rope (or could be a belt from dressing gown or a tie)
*If you have had a recent heart attack, experience regular chest pains, or have an acute infection this session may not be suitable. If you have any questions about attending, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
