Face Yoga is a long-term practice and with consistent daily ‘workouts’ with Kris’ Face Yoga techniques, over time, wrinkles will soften and relax and the underlying muscles will be toned, giving the face a lift. Face Yoga is a holistic facial method that brings together wellbeing, acupressure, relaxation and muscle toning exercises and it’s the perfect way to make you feel good and look fantastic from the inside out.
What you will need
For the class, it’s best to take part with a make-up free face and clean hands. Please also bring the following:
- A mirror
- Comfortable chair
- Cotton wool
- Comfy clothes
- Some of the exercises might require a little oil or moisturiser, so feel free to bring your favourite product to the class as well
- A relaxed and positive mindset
Please check that you have no current or recent underlying conditions that could be impacted by face yoga e.g. head or neck injuries or conditions. If unsure check with your GP before commencing.

About the speaker
Kris is a seasoned beauty and holistic therapist, passionate about DIY modalities and techniques for the skin, body and mind without the *BS*. She is a face yoga expert and teacher, makes her own vegan, chemical-free soaps and skin products and also offers her support for skin businesses by creating courses, proofreading and checking quality.
